Who we are

French Mothers For Justice (FMFJ) is a collective of mothers, researchers, survivors, and professionals working together to shed light on systemic failures that place children at risk.
We document institutional practices, support families facing unfair proceedings, and contribute to international advocacy—including submissions to United Nations bodies—to promote child protection and uphold fundamental rights.

Our approach is grounded in ethics, transparency, and non-violence. We do not interfere in individual legal cases; instead, we expose structural issues, support evidence-based reforms, and amplify the voices of those who are too often silenced.

Our
Principles

We believe in advocacy, transparency, and accountability.

Awareness

We raise international awareness about institutional practices in France that may place children and protective mothers at risk. Our work makes these issues visible on a global scale.

Compassion

We stand with children and mothers facing difficult judicial or institutional situations. Our work is grounded in empathy, dignity, and the belief that every family deserves safety and ethical justice.

Integrity

We rely on verified sources—legal documents, investigative journalism, parliamentary reports, and UN standards—to ensure that our work remains factual, transparent, and trustworthy.

Resilience

We highlight the strength of protective mothers who continue to advocate for their children despite systemic obstacles. Their resilience inspires our mission and drives our international advocacy.
